    Introduction to Geothermal Engineering
The basic and fundamental concepts of geothermal power plants are discussed. The section related to thermal reserve calculations—including heat loss, total available energy, and temperature calculations used prior to the basic design—is covered in more detail. However, for the basic and detailed design, the available data is limited and very basic.
